Estimates -

You can contact me by phone or e mail for an estimate on your project.

I try to do all estimates within 2 to 3 days after talking to you. If you have internet access I will

e mail the estimate to you within one day after looking at the job. It will come in a pdf file with

pictures of your job attached. It will be very detailed and include all costs except permit costs.

I can also mail out estimates, and for very small jobs I will write them when I am at your location.

Whichever form you choose they will be detailed and include all costs ( except permits ).

Estimates will remain good for approximately 60 days. Material costs fluctuate quite a bit so I

have to renew them about every two months.

I recommend getting at least 3 estimates in writing so you can compare all proposals and make

an intelligent decision based on the information you are given.
